The ISIMAT+ head can be rotated horizontally up to 180°, allowing the detection zone to be directed toward the area that really needs to be controlled. The adjustment is made directly on the detector itself, making setup easier during installation commissioning.

Light level adjustment from 5 to 2000 lux

The ISIMAT+ includes ambient light level control. The activation threshold can be adjusted between 5 and 2000 lux, so the lighting circuit will be triggered by movement only when the light level is below the selected value.

This function helps avoid unnecessary switching on during hours with sufficient natural light and adapt the detector’s behavior to each location.

IP55 protection for outdoor use

The Orbis ISIMAT+ has an IP55 protection rating according to EN 60529, providing protection against dust and water jets. It is therefore suitable for appropriate outdoor installations, as well as indoor use.

Its normal operating temperature is between -20 and 40 °C. Orbis also specifies operating limits between -30 and 50 °C and a storage and transport range between -35 and 60 °C.

Zero-cross switching

The detector incorporates zero-cross detection to switch the load at a point close to the zero crossing of the electrical waveform. This solution is especially useful when working with certain electronic loads and helps reduce electrical stress during switching operations.
